Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds can only be given on Transferable items. If you cannot give the item back, then we cannot refund it. If your item is Transfer then you must present the entire item for a refund or exchange.
We will replace Mod/Transfer items that were accidentally mangled during sizing and fitting. Please contact Arkesh Baral to trade your damaged item for a new copy.
Refunds will only be given on items purchased within the last 30 days since the refund request. Please include your relevant transaction history information from your Second Life® account transaction history with any correspondence so I can find the original transaction in my own history.
Replacements
If your item is not Transfer (Copy or Copy/Mod) then we will replace it if you cannot find it in your inventory. Please include your relevant transaction history information from your Second Life account transaction history with any correspondence so I can find the original transaction in my own history.
Please do the following before requesting support for lost items:
- In your Second Life client go to Edit>Preferences>Network Tab, and press the Clear Cache button.
- Log out and then back into Second Life.
- Search your inventory for the word “Ephemeral”, which will retrieve all items by Ephemeral Creations (unless you have renamed them and removed our name) .
- Look for the item(s) you couldn’t find.
